How to get up there with the guys...?

I'm a fourteen year old girl and I want to start racing motocross. I began racing at our local club this year and think it is great, but I find it a bit of hard work, and i would like to beat some of the guys who rekon they're so good...

I'm not extremely fit or strong and a bit skinny, but i got that coz my mum and dad were a bit skinny. We live on a property 32 clicks from town, so i dont have access to the gym.

I ride my push-bike every afternoon with my dog, but I feel this isn't enough if I am to get the best out of riding motocross.

Is there anything I can do to get fitter, feel better and get up there with the guys?

You don't need a gym to work out - there is a lot you can do to develop your strength in your own home!
Pushups will help develop your chest and triceps. Chinups will help with your biceps and back if you can find something to hang from (sometimes a strong door frame will even work).
You can train your core with situps and crunches.
Squats and lunges will develop your major leg muscles.

If you want to step things up you could spend a few bucks on a set of dumbells. They're not very expense but would expand the variety of exercises you can do. Other people have even filled empty milk jugs with water to use as dumbells.
