Sore muscles...?



I've been working out 5-6 hours a day (2 hours swimming, 1 hour weight training, 1 hour running, 1 hour biking, 1/2 hour soccer drills). My muscles are sooooo sore and dead. It practically hurts to move at all. I have 2 swim meets this weekend, and I need to race 10 events. What should I do to make my muscles feel better....particularly my shoulders, chest and hamstrings?

Deep tissue massage, and go in a hut tub / jacuzzi. Pressure and heat really help to take soreness away. If nothing else works take some Motrin(it helps muscle soreness)
