2004 honda cbr 125r, injector size? |
i have put on a racing exhaust and uprated induction...nw i need to uprate my fuelling to suit....does anybody know wht size the standard injector is for this bike? you need a larger main jet, its not a fuel injected bike. soo . .as your chaging the jet anyway, it would only take 10 minutes for you too look. take off the float bowl, bottom part of your carb and your will see a jet, ususally gold fairly small hoel through the centre of it. it will have a number written on it, thats the jet size. dependsing on what pipe and mods you ahve, the jet size will vary but you will definately need too go bigger. run the bike flat out down the road and cvut it out at the max revs pull the lucth in, dont let the revs drop or it tick over. now remove your spark plug and it should be chocolate/tan brown. if its white you need a bigger jet, if its wet or black you need smaller. basically =) Source(s): motorcycle mechanic |
