Kona Shred chain change?

whenever i bike fast my chain makes this like crack noise and then the cranks flip around and its fine but its like the chain is popping off the ring. Its also all rusty, I want to slap on some e thirteen parts and make it a nine speed so my bike only has one front chain ring, and then i want to put on a supercharger http://www.e13components.com/product_sup...

basically i want to stop that dam cracking thing so im not afraid too shift fast and pedal fast and i want there to be one chainring in the front. Can i do this? and how much will it cost me to get good parts for it?
Heres the only two decent pictures of my gear area (its rusty)

Hey Reed,

It sounds like your front derailleur might be out of adjustment or your front favorite chainring might be worn out. You might want to get a wire brush and scrub the rust off the chain rings first. If it is really rusted this could also be the cause of the chain popping off the chainrings. If the chain is really rusty this could also be the problem, because your chain links could be binding and not allowing the chain to get a good grip on the chainring teeth. Your pictures are not very clear, so I could no really see the chainrings.

You can choose either the "e-13 SRS or STS" for your conversion depending on what chainring size you want to run and it already includes a clear Supercharger. If you do not have the ISCG mounts on your drive side bottom bracket you will need to purchase an ISCG adapter to go between your BB Shell and the BB cup, so you can mount the e-13 boomerang. Hope this helps, Good luck!

Hey, are you the same Reed who was asking about the Big Hit and Demo? = )
