Wheelie tips? |
i know he steps to doing a wheelie but i dont always go up high enough most if the times i do but my bike flips over backward and i land on my feet and when i do go high enough my left foot goes off the pedal and it looks bad when i land. It is a matter of finding your center of balance. You are leaning too far back for your forward speed if you go over backwards. Either increase your speed or move your body forward ( usually by leaning) so to keep your balance on the back wheel. You shouldn't have to have your brake on doing a wheelie. I can do a wheelie on a coaster brake bike -- can't keep that on and pedal, now can you? Then you will know that step one is to tune your rear brake. |
