Sat-Tag Pedal-Pigs who break pedestrian pavement code on bikes?

Many people including little girls, will be mamed for life in our shopping precincts this Christmass by cyclist.
They are intent on breaking the law and ride bikes through crowded pedestrian precincts.

I usually tell them to tell Mummy they are big enough to ride on the road now

I won't sign anything, but do know that many cyclists break the law continually, by riding through red lights, and on pavements which are designed for pedestrians, and i have lost count of the times that i been run into, or narrowly been knocked over by some of these inconsiderate morons.
We can stop this by making them take out insurance and have a number plate, if the cars have to why not cyclists. And before anyone says more rules, i have been a cyclist for years, and i only had to give up through ill health.

It's about time they were forced to have insurance for the people who they maim to claim compensation.

When they pass you, one small nudge and......crash!
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
Ladies when one of those ignorant morons on a cycle is approaching you and you have one of those wheeled shopping bags you can always...well you get my drift :-)
