It's November in Chicago and I'm still pedaling.When the wind doesn't blow like crazy,I really enjoy it. It is good for your cardio fitness and a lot more interesting than a health club. If you have the right gear and place to bike, you can keep going all winter.
It is just plain fun. You can see more areas than by walking and get off and walk when you get to places that you can't ride.
If you use it to get to work or run errands, you get brownie points with the greens. healthy cardiovascular system, strong legs, healthy mind, less stress |
