Help, in pain, cant breathe? |
I have asthma where when I exercise I get so I can barely breathe. Iwas just riding my bike, and its hardto pedal because no matter how fast you pedal it restrains & doesnt go any faster. Now I am having trouble breathing & my head feels heavy, imsleepy, my body feels like it is sking, im very dizzy, my nostrils flare when I breathe, If I try to lay dow I feel like Im in another world, my head is hurting--like a migrain almost, my body feels tingly like, and a couple minutes ago I was getting sharp pains in my legs. I cant find my inhaler and no1 is home. What would help me or what should I do? I feel like going to bed..but idk if I should. Help! Instead of goofing around on the internet call 9-1-1 for medical assistanceCall a friend over you should get off computer, and lie down- and call someone to come and be with you call 911! Well, DUH.........and ur not phoning the ER? call 911 to get help |
