If one pedals a bicycle in the universe at light speed what is resultant End force at that speed?

Force does not result from speed, although speed can result from force. And of course it is not even theoretically possible for any material object to move at the speed of light.
no force
for force u need to hav a surface or something which provides friction
since there is no such thng so no force will be there no matter with how much speed u ride
I don't understand your question. Force = mass x acceleration, so force is not directly associated with speed. Plus, it would take an infinite amount of energy to accelerate you and your bicycle up to light speed, which is another way to say it's impossible for anything with mass to travel that fast.
