How can i fix this problem? any ideas?

when iam riding my bike, the gears automatically change without my will. it will shift to the next higher one when iam pedalling. it always happen and i have to struggle.

It is possible that your cable is loose and needs to be tightened. If you have a screwdriver, a pliers and a monkey wrench, you can adjust this yourself.

Your bindex has a loose spring. Replace it.
The linkage needs to be adjusted... take it to a bike shop.
sounds like the shifter lever is loose. should be a screw holding the lever on just tighten it with a screwdriver.
you need to lube the cable, might have gotten wet and is binding when you change gears.
