Why is gym equipment so boring? |
With video games being so good now, surely it is time that they started intergrating games into boring gym equipment? For example, exercise bikes that played real time races on or off road etc.It would be so much more stimulating to be in a race. The terrain, competitors etc would be tailored to the customers fitness. The possibilities are endless...so why is no one doing it..or are they? If they did this then even I might start going to the gym. I know that some rowers etc have simple graphics of races, but im suggesting a proper screen with real lifelike images and feedback through the bars and pedals etc. If no one is doing it, then there is a massive hole in the market for someone! I noticed you said "If they did this then even I might start going to the gym." If they installed them in church pews for long-winded sermons, would you start going to church? Sounds to me like it has nothing to do with you hating gym equipment, or even having any familiarity therewith, so your statement "why is gym equipment so boring?" holds no water. I wouldn't be surprised if you're one lazy, fat person. yep, you are allergic to sweat just like my son Genius. I always feel that if people could only power the TV through the effort of pedalling then the country would be a lot healthier. If you're bored at the gym, can i recommend audiobooks? Reading and exercise in one. becouse it is |
