What is the LTA position on the use of electric bicycles?

What is the max. wattage?
What is the max speed?
Must there be pedals attached?
Where could it be ridden?

Assuming your in Singapore (From a previous question)

Here are the rules

It must be; 200 watt (maximum), electric, cut out at 25km and only work while pedalling. You can ride it anywhere you can ride a normal bicycle.
