They used to but dont know if they still do. A girl I used to know had one, it was a bike with pedals, but you could start the engine, I can't remember if you still pedaled it when you had the engine started.

This was in the early eighties, and I remember it looked old then!
We used to call them mopeds! *laughter*

You were a nerd if ANY of your friends saw you on one, however.

You NEVER pedalled your moped other than to get it started. You NEVER rode it like a bicycle. You were better off using a small motor on a bicycle than trying to pedal a moped to get from point-a to point-b.
A moped? Or back in the 60's there was an Italian contraption called a bicyeda not shure of spelling.
Or very early motorcycle had pedals.
Yep. Moped.
Of course! They invented it a long time ago.
