What is the arm strengthening workout pedal machine called?


this machine looks like bicycle pedals that you use your arms to pedal with while the person is standing. has anyone heard of this workout machine? what is it called?

I don't remember what that stands for, but I hate the thing! I had to use it during Physical Therapy.

I called my Gym (Bally's) and they just call it "the arm bike".
