How do i build a wooden pedal car? |
I want to build a car or some sort of kart. It will have to be powered by pedals like a bike. I want to use it for driving around and going down hills so it will neeed to have good suspension I would use 1/8 plywood so you can laminate strong sub assemblies to shapes you want. But this will depend on your design. The ply can easily be bent and has better strength than dimensional lumber. Tools you would need are: Clamps, Tablesaw, Handsaw, Hammer, Drills,Electric hand drill, and more Clamps and glue Danni You need to carpool more often.
