Master lock question...should I junk 'em?

I have two fairly new master locks that have no keys,I lost them. Can a locksmith make a key for them...or should I toss them and buy new ones?

P.S. they are padlocks, for bike and gates.

i'd just buy new ones and junk the old ones. it's probably much cheaper that way!

it's probably cheaper to just buy new ones
