Why should I lock my bicycle in low crime areas.? |
I SOMETIMES use an Cable Master Lock bike lock. b/c low crime means big things like bank robbery and kidnapping and murder. u never know if some punk will see your nice new shiny bike in a place were a crime hasn't been committed for 50 yrs and steal it. just remember, locks are only meant to keep honest people honest... There is no real safe area on the planet so if you like your bike, lock it up! a low crime area may only be a low crime area because everything is bolted down Bikes are stolen EVERYWHERE. Even Beaver Cleaver had his bike ripped off... Weeeeeeell even if its in low crime areas, it doesnt mean that its safe!!! Everyone miht steal a bicycle because its an easy way to go everywhere....
