Bike lock questions PLEASE HELP! 10 pts to best anwser?

okay, i locked my bike lock around my bike and than while i was riding it i dropped my keys and now i cant open the lock. It sucks because i tried sawing it off and it didnt work, than i tried picking it and i relized i really dont know how to pick a lock and dont have any tools to do it. so my question is if i buy the same brand lock (bell bicycle locks) will it have the same key and open my lock? and if not is there any other way i can take it off without it charging me any money?

I doubt that the lock will have the same key. they do make duplicates but for like 1 out of 10, so you'd have to get lucky (10% chance). I know a way to disable the lock though.
You take a strong drill (not cordless) with a metal bit that will fit a little bigger than the biggest gap in the key hole, and drill straight through and work the drill while its inside in a small circular motion, not all the way around the hole just a lil bit. This should grind down the tumblers and actually disable the lock.

Of course it won't have the same keys!!! There's no free answer...A locksmith can cut it off with 3' bolt cutters though.
