Removig throttle lock on 2003 xr50r?

my bike has a throttle lock, how do i remove it

I'd assume your talking about the Throttle Limiter Screw on the twist throttle. It's on the front of the throttle under where the cable goes in. First loosen the lock nut and take the screw out. Second replace it with a really short screw with the same threads, cut the stock screw (so theres only about 1/4 inch of threads) or find a rubber plug so dirt doesn't get in your throttle assembly.

REMOVE SCREW ON FRONT OF THROTTLE BODY AND GO LIKE HECK.
