Something is wrong with my knees... does it need to be taken care of now?



I have a few problems with both of my knees. Whenever I walk down or up my stairs, they crack and result in pain. Also, a few years ago, I had been able to touch my toes just by bending down. But now, my hands can only go down a little past my knees before a pain starts in the back of my knees and starts to heat up. Most of the time, I can ride my bike, walk and run without a problem, but recently they pain does come and go. Also, whenever I stand up, even after sitting for just a short while, my knees lock and dont go straight. I am also athletic and play soccer, volleyball, lacrosse and I cheerlead. Over the last 2 years it has gotten worse. Does anyone know if this is serious or what I can do to fix this and to relieve the pain? Thank you and I appreciate your help.

Knee crack, not straight, and can not touch toes are because muscles too tight due to body toxins build up and over exercise. You can use running warm water 10 seconds and cold water 10 seconds 7 times around knee area to ease the pain and flush out body toxins. Always end with cold water. Repeat as many times as you needed. Massage your thigh, leg, and knee upward to relax muscles and side to side to break up the myofascia. Get warm bath and massages always help. Eat healthily drink more water and take it easy on exercises. Warm up and stretch before and after heavy activity. Try to take care of your knee before too late.
go to a doctor. you might have fluid in your knees.
