My new bike lock won't open? |
wow i feel really stupid right now. i just bought a brand new bike and kryptonite wrap around lock. When i tried to change the combo from the programed factory one, it didn't go in all the way. it now is in a posisiton where it is 4/5 of the way into the lock but wont budge. I've tried my combo i've set ands the factories multiple times. Any suggestions on how to get my lock to open up? Sweet Talk it!!!!!!!! ;) Lol wegergyearga Take it back to where you bought it from and ask them to do it or ask for a replacement as it sounds like it could be faulty. try the manufacturer's combo and see if that works. otherwise there should be a number to call... the customer service may be able to help you better!! I hate it when it won't go in all the way. Especially when you pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
