I have a bike lock that i still can't get open after putting in the combination ?

First turn all the reels around full to 0 then very slowly start at the begining and turn in one full motion to the first number, then repeat with the following numbers and slowly open, it can be real tricky, but it does work.

there is a tool but mostly thieves have it..sorry
