I'm often making adjustments, so i guess i could try it in both.
Make sure you make it pass through the main triangle of you frame and through your rear wheels to safely secure your bike.
Never lock it with your wheel only because a thief could easily remove your bike and just leave you with a wheel. hell yes put that d-lock through back tire and rim n throughthe crank and lock it down to s-thing thats bolted down cause a thief cant ride a front tire ...also if u take the saet off its a shure pass up for a punk
