Can you bump start a 2 stroke bike with a completely dead battery? |
Last night I accidently left the lights on and the battery was completely dead. I have a Suzuki RGV 2 stroke with a kick start, even though I knew the battery was dead I tried to kick start it just to see if it would work, well it didn't. I ended up using jumper leads from the car. I figured push starting would have the same effect as kick starting it, is this right? Can you push start the bike even when you can't kick start it?? yes No,it wont go! I don't know if that particular bike is injected. Fuel Injection needs a pressurized fuel line and needs the power to spin up the fuel pump. |
