BMW R1100S ABS and Starting Problem? |
I had to put alot of new break parts in on the front because of a crash, now I have an ABS light on and the bike dosent start. How do I reset the ABS, and more importantly, does the malfuctioning ABS Light stop the bike from starting, or is this a whole other problem. Thanks If it's like most ABS vehicles, it shouldn't have anything to do with starting. Usually the ABS lights up during startup when it's doing it's self diagnosis. Afterwards, the light tells you the ABS is not working and your brakes will operate just like non-ABS brakes. |
