Any short woman riders ride a Suzuki GXR600 or Yamaha R6?

I've been checking all makes and years of sportbikes and it seems the Suzuki GXR 600 Yeahs 01-06 have the lightest weight and lowest seat height and the 03-04 Yamaha R6.

I'm 5'1 and 105 lbs. Wondering if anyone in my weight and height class rides any of the mentioned bikes and how they handle? I plan to knock more weight off by removing stock exhaust and fixing the height by lowering it 2 inches. Any other things you suggest besides frame sliders?

By the way, current bike is an 07 Kawasaki 250. Weight is 304 lbs. And seat height is 29.3.

A guy here too.. but, I would suggest, if you can get the seat height for the Suzuki, go with it.

The R6 is a much faster bike than the Gixxer is.

Just my suggestion.

I sold my CBR F3 to a girl who was about your size and that fit her. She was also going to take it into the shop and have them lower it, have you looked into that? You can buy adjustable brackets for the rear center shock and lower it quiet a bit. Ask a local dealer or bike shop about it. I did it on by 2001 CBR F4i just to keep the front forks down on hard starts and it worked great.

Sorry,I'm a guy but..You can adjust the rear sag with the adjustment on the spring to give you quite a bit,and I think there is a after market seat that will shorten it up a bit too.
