I have completed mario kart wii but there is still some1 to unlock plz help?!?

hi i have gold in everything in mario kart wii even in mirror mode and i have all the karts and bikes but there is still some1 to unlock but i dont know what else i can do to get him/her, i have got

mii's king boo roselina dry bones daisy diddy kong i think thats all the ones i have unlocked and also the missing character is a light weight so that might be a clue plz help
