Where is the law (UK),on LED accent lights for motorcycles ?

I want to fit accent lights to my bike to show up the chrome.I've been on the Highway code website but I can't seem to find anything. Are they illegal in UK, or is it ok to use only if parked up ?
I would appreciate any links to laws regarding this in the UK,( also loud pipes)

all vehicle it's rather simple
white lights= front
amber= indicator or static lights on iether side
red= rear/brake

only emergency services are alowed to display blue lights whilst driving on the public highway

only doctors can display green lights whilst driving on the public highway

completly legal to display off the public highway eg carparks race tracks etc

ive no links but been told by the bizzys there illigal to drive with them on but can be used when parked..

az is correct with his answer , as for loud pipes you are asking for trouble , although riders of prehistoric harleys seem to get away with it .

Ask the goldwing owners club,I've seen plenty of wings with accent lights,they seem to get away with it! On loud pipes. It depends on the year of manufacture of the bike and what db limit was in place at that time as to what decibel limit the pipes omit.The regs are constantly changing. I think the db limit was dropped again last year again! So newer bikes will be quieter still. Loud pipes save lives!
