All of my indicators went out! any ideas?

Hi there! on my way home from work last night i indicated right and noticed my indicator was out. upon arriving home i discovered non of them worked anymore! all my pther electrics - light, horn, brake light work fine. I have had a look this morning and can't find anything loose. Any ideas please?

all sorted! it was the relay/flashy thing!

relay is either broken or the connection to it.

A fuse?

i have a vauxhall astra (i know its not a bike) there is a common fault with them, indicators stop working, to get around this i put my hazard warning lights on for about 10seconds, this resets the flasher unit and my indicators work, try it on the bike, it may work

Probably the relay which activates the flashing function. Could be the unit itself but check all connections first.

lol. it sounds like what happened to my grandma. she was driving our car and the hazard lights ddnt work. anyways, so she pressed the hazard lights button thinkiong it was the aircon and all of a sudden the indicators stopped working - becasue the hazard lights were on. BUT the hazards lights werent working so she ddnt know wot she'd done. lol. i figured it out though wen she kept pressing the hazard lights button saying "geez! first the indicators and now the air con! u need a new car!" LONG STORY SHORT - check ur hazard light! lol

do you hear a ticking noise when on?

blown fuse. check your hand book and replace. easy done.
