You got pulled over by a female cop on a BIKE! Laugh if you want but I was pissed! Going through a yellow light she said I didn't stop @ red light so she even f***** that up!

Jude, a female cop still has the authority to stop you as you well know now. The question is was it a legitimate stop? You admit you were going through a yellow light. In almost every state if not every state, a drive has to be completely clear of the intersection without speeding up to do so before the light turns red. If it turned red before you were clear of it...you did fail to stop.

edit....check in your area to see if you may be able to attend a drivers course to keep from having this logged as a moving violation. This would keep points off your license and your insurance rates from going up.
