How can I tone my calves? |
I used to dance, but my busy school schedule has kept me from attending any classes lately. I'm afraid of losing my calf muscles that I get from dancing. Is there anything I can do to TONE them and not make them BULKY? I go to the gym and do light cardio on the bike, treadmill, and elliptical trainer about 3xs a week. I also use the stairs almost always instead of the elevator. I think works well is to Hold onto a couch or something and go up on your tippy toes and back down. that works that pretty good. the usual 3 sets of 15. oh feel the burn. Join marching band, in a few weeks, they'll be solid gold Wear high heel shoes, or just raise and lower yourself on your toes all the time, like while cooking, in the shower etc |
