I want to shed some pounds ,build mussle and, slim my tummy. 30 min. on the treadmil every day (speed walking) 15 min. jump roping every other day 15 min. light basketball every other day 15 min. of bike riding on gravel roads every day I am open to suggestions. Please help Yes, I think this program would help you lose weight and build some muscle. Be sure to get enough proteins and proper nutrition. |
