Hey all... I need some advice.
In the last 5 months, I've gone from 123kg to 110kg, so I'm pleased with how well its going, and considering I'm 6 foot (183cm) I'm starting to look a lot better which i great and i knew i needed to lose the weight. I am working out about an hour every 2 days on an exercise bike, and on the off days i always have a light walk or something. Last week i became ill with a virus, and stayed at my mums place. During this time i did not eat badly, but ate more, and didnt exercise for the week. At the moment I have my period which has added an extra 3 kg, but the scales are now reading 114kg which means I've put on a kilo i think. I know it sounds ridiculous but im now panicking, believing that the second i stop following a strict calorie controlled diet with exercise i'll stack it back on! Is this normal to have gained a kilo when i was eating NORMALLY for the week? I'm really emotional about it is I've had nothing but loses on the scales for months nowv :-(
It has to do with your body being sick and your period. Don't panic..it is water weight and you will lose it soon... |
