i have been trying to lose weight and body fat so i can show off my abs etc i eat healthy no junk food etc lots of fruit and veg etc for work out wise i ride my bmx alot not doing tricks and stuff just riding around to places Im 5,1 or 2 65 kg i want to losse the fat on my belly and chest and stuff if i rode my bike 50 km 3 times a week and went for a light jog/run on the other days i dont ride and eat healthy etc How fast will i be able to get my body fat down to see my abs and my chest ????? oh also i want to get Thermonxforte has any one tryed this ?? need some help with this ????? it really depends on your body. some people have fast metabolism while others have slower. honestly i would stay away from pills and such that claim to help loose weight. alot of times all they are, are just legalized ecstasy pills that work your body. no pain no gain. You need to work out a hell of alot harder than you are currently. Do you feel like you are going to puke after you exercise? If not, you are not working out hard enough. Dont be lazy and go for a light jog---friggin run that fat off--its the only way--I did it. Lost 30 pounds in 2 months. |
