okay, on mondays I do resistance training and I use light (2kg weights)( i do this 3 time s week) I also either bike or jog/walk. The problem is I have dance the next day and I am usually sore (NOT in pain, just a little sore) this however makes it so I cant do my best. Anything I can do to make it so I am not sore and my muscles are ready to dance the next day? I really want to do this class! Also, is biking or jogging/walking morelikely to cause soreness? THANK YOU in advance. Oh, I have to do the training on monday, no other day I could!
it will all make u sore, up your protien intake, maybe a protien shake, anti-oxedents help also, supplements are taken for this very reason and now a days they are effective, glutimine works very well for soreness also, vitimin c and creatine also, do some research its all on the internet, stretching, massage and suanas do wonders for soreness, these things will help Are you drinking plenty of fluids?Eat a banana everyday.Running is likely to cause soreness due to more impact.
