Is this enough exercise for a 14-year-old? |
I'm 14 and about 5 or 10lbs overweight. Every day, Monday through Friday, I: - Bike ride 4 miles - Participate in 30min of PE - Play a very light game of basketball or soccer for 30min after lunch Thats fine. A person should exercise for at least a half hour 2-3 times a week If you grew very much, yes! Thats plenty of excersise for someone your age yes ya u should be fine. people should like u for who u are regardless of ur looks. 5lbs over weight is fine. every human beings weight fluctuates around 5-10lbs. when ur out of college is when u need to try to exercise more to control weight untill then dont worry about it. just have fun be happy and eat healthy. |
