Ok... I'm a guy, 21, height 5'7' and weigh 238lbs... I excercise 4 to 5 times a week weightlifting (for an hour every other day with light weights), walking (3 to 4 miles a day), and using the stationary bike (for an hour a day)... but I don't know how many calories I need to consume each day to lose weight... can anyone help me out... I really don't to be eating less then I should or more then needed...
Try going to www.thedailyplate.com - you can type in your current weight and your weight loss goal and it will suggest how many calories (net) you should eat per day. You can type in what you eat and how much and it will tell you how many calories you've consumed. Also, you can input your activities and it estimates how many calories you burn per activity.
