Motorbike keeps cutting out when in jams and when breaking at roundabouts.?

I have the following bike: X-Stream Crusader Classic 125

Details Here: http://www.europainternational.co.uk/on%...

The motorbike will start fine and will work without problems but when i get stuck in traffic jams it will cut out, it also does this when i am slowing down at roundabouts. It also drips petrol out of a tube that points down onto the centre stand.

I have checked the spark plug and it a light brown. I am not sure what else to do, i dont have a service manual because i cant find one for this bike.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

u might also have a tank venting problem. gas shouldnt come thru the overflow tube just like that. only time i ever had fuel go thru the overflow was when i had a completely full tank of gas, and i had to hit the brakes in a full panic stop.
if u have a tank venting problem, it will create a vacum in the gas tank, and since it's also a gravity fed system, u wont get gas to the carb's. no gas, no run.
if u can find a venting gas cap, try that first. if that solves the problem, ur good to go. if not, maybe writing to the manufacturer for a manual will get 1.

knowin from 1950's style farm tractors, when there is a vapor lock, u wont get it runnin till the engine cools off. there's alot more ventilation around the scoot's engine than those tractors. we wrapped the gas line with aluminum foil, and that cured the vapor lock deal no problem, but i dont think that's ur problem. what u mostly likely have is a gas tank venting problem.
If you have a carburetor then the float needle valve is not seating properly and the carb is overfilling.
Happy New Year
ANF is on the right track .

Check you have not got a dirty fuel filter too.
First thing first fix the leak. If your bike is air cooled it may be over heating in traffic jams this can also cause vapor lock I am not sure about the roundabouts but it sounds like a fuel flow problem to me fixing the leak may solve your problem.
sounds like it is flooding out,,,,, as said in the first response,,,,,,,, take the carb apart carefully,,,,, and rebuild it,,,,,,,, it may not be a leak, but the carb actually overfilling with fuel? and then coming out the vent tube...get a can of carb cleaner as well, to clean those small holes..A diagram should come with the carb overhaul kit..good luck to you.........
what type of jam blackcurrent or strawberry.sorry
the fuel level shut off valve is sticking in the fuel bowl this con be sorted by a diy mechanic and mybe tappets need adjusting a good service would cover this
