Will you take the challenge? |
I see a LOT of ppl on here asking how to lose weight. That is great! Well for those really interested I give you my workout. I change it up every 3 months. Here is what i just started... Day 1: Circuit train using light weights for 30-45 minutes. Between each set do one of the three: either 10 push-ups, 20 situps or 25 jumping jacks. After lifting do 30 minutes of running/jogging and 30 minutes on the stat bike. I usually follow that up with 30 more minutes of running later on in the evening. Day 2: Rest. Day 3: Repeat day 1, but switch out the stat bike for either the eliptical or a stair master. Day 4: Rest Day 5: Repeat day 1. Day 6: 1 solid hour of brisk walking and 30 minutes on the eliptical. I usally run 30 minutes later on in the day too. Day 7: 1 solid hour of brisk-to very brisk walking Then you start over again Now for food you cut out all sodas, fried food, junk food. Stay around 1200-1800 cals a day. Drink about 1 gallon of water a day. this sounds amazing! and i hope it works .. that very nice of you to think of others and be appreciative =) Hey man thats sounds like a great challenge I am going to accept!!!
