I'm just curious. I went on a short bike ride with a friend, had one beer, only one beer and I felt wasted for a few hours. Something along the lines of 8-10 beers, I was very confused for a while.
Might this be dehydration? It was very scary, i'm not usually a light weight (serious light weight in this case) but this really screwed me up bad. It wasn't even like being drunk, just weird
its definitly dehydration. When you excercise, most of the water exerted isn't on the outside but in between the muscles to hydrate them. So with the introduction of alcohol, which dehydrates you. You lose! Stop drinking when you excercise. Chances are you are feeling nauseous from the dehydration and if you see flashing purple, go to the ER |
