Losing about 5 pounds..?



If I eat:
- a banana [breakfast]
- a special K bar [snack]
- a bowl of vegetable (no dressing) [lunch]
- a yogurt [lunch]
- and then something light for dinner

My plan is to not go over 1200 calories.
I started it on Saturday or Friday..Idr
Except today..I went to about 1560.

So here's my daily exercise:
-38 minutes of aerobics
- about 40 minutes on the stationery bike

About how long will it take for me to lose those 5 pounds?

Because..last week I mysteriously gained like 5 pounds.
Either that or my scale is playing a dirty trick on me lol.
I think it's the second one haha.

But anyways...approximately how long?

And will eating about 1560 today ruin my whole diet or no?

i am a high school wrestler, and I know almost everything about weight loss

if you are candid about your consistently following your diet and exercise plan, you should notice that you are losing FAT

the weight you gained is, in this case, water weight and excess physical weight in your system that can be expelled

as a wrestler, I've had to lose 10 lbs in 2.5 days, and trust me, there's a lot of water in your body that you can dehydrate yourself with...some ways to tell if you're dehydrated (your skin is dry, and feels like you have less fat when you pince your skin, and your urine is very yellow) --- you are probably just very hydrated when you get on that scale...I doubt you have Cushings or something

the amount of calories are perfect for losing weight gradually...although I don't know your height, weight, and build, I can't tell you how many calories you need to burn, but you should be well on your way to a lighter you...don't worry, you are on your way, and be glad that at least you never have to cut weight like I did Source(s): me
No more than 2 weeks though I would suggest taking on the South Beach Diet. Many have seen extreme results losing at leat 8 pounds in a guaranteed 2 weeks and it's not difficult or limiting either. You can either purchase the book or research it.
