Will this work?!?



If I eat:
- a banana [breakfast]
- a special K bar [snack]
- a bowl of vegetable (no dressing) [lunch]
- a yogurt [lunch]
- and then something light for dinner

My plan is to not go over 1200 calories.
I started it on Saturday or Friday..Idr
Except today..I went to about 1560.

So here's my daily exercise:
-38 minutes of aerobics
- about 40 minutes on the stationery bike

About how long will it take for me to lose those 5 pounds?

Because..last week I mysteriously gained like 5 pounds.
Either that or my scale is playing a dirty trick on me lol.
I think it's the second one haha.

But anyways...approximately how long?

And will eating about 1560 today ruin my whole diet or no?

Wow, that's healthy eating! Anyway, you will lose 5 pounds in a rough estimate of two weeks or so. It really depends on your body...etc... Eating 1560 will probably not ruin your WHOLE diet ... Just make sure you exercise to drop some of those calories off.
Eating a few more calories for one day shouldn't hurt at all, just don't do it more than one day in a row, no more than once a week. Also, remember that your weight can fluctuate naturally, so don't fly off the handle for five pounds.
