Could you please help me find a fashion style? I'm 17 and I don't know what to do...:(!? |
I'm 17 and I'm not really sure what I should do about my style. :(! First of all, what kind of person am I? And second of all, what type of clothes would help bring out these characteristics in their best possible light, you know? I'll give you some info about me. I'm from South Florida and I'm in love with anything tropical. I'm of Jamaican, Panamanian, and Cuban descent. I sing in the chorus and act in plays. I play the piano and I've been playing it since I was 5. I love bike-riding. Music is extremely important to me. I listen to really like soulful/melodious modern R&B,Old School R&B, 90s R&B/New Jack Swing, Smooth/Urban/Contemporary/Clas... Jazz, 70s and 80s ballads, a little Ambient and some funky things, and random stuff like Poets of the Fall or Keane. I don't know I like anything with an interesting rhythm and unique/pleasing sound. I like going out on the town. I love the beach!! Any suggestions? I greatly appreciate the help from you guys! :)! maybe hippy or surfer.....with a little gangsta thrown in wear wat u want u can find your own style u seem like a laid back kind of guy..so like wear colors that are laid back....u kno brownhish grayish wear some nice looking jeans there ya go you seem really outgoing and creative so I'd suggest maybe some bold colors and patterns? I think the best way to discover your style is just to try a bunch of different things and see what you feel the most comfortable in. Also, take a look at different magazines, like maybe fashion magazines or interior design, and see what colors and styles appeal to you most. do you have any celebrities or people you know whose style you admire? if you do, what do you admire about their clothes? Luckily, since you're young, nobody is going to judge you too harshly for experimenting with style. try different things, have fun, and after a while you'll figure it out. your best bet is to go to www.beautyriot.com and look at the different hair styles. Find one that you like and take it to a stylist. That stylist should be able to tell you what you need to do to get that style, how to maintain it, and etc. Only you can find a style that you can live with.
