Would it help lose weight to:? |
Eat a little breakfast, for example two bowls of cornflakes + oatmeal around 10-11 am. Then a light lunch, like a piece og rye bread with lowfat cheese around 2 pm. Exercise from 4 til 5 pm (only on my stationary bike, no situps etc.; will it help?). Eat a small dinner at 6 pm. and IF still hungry a couple pieces of fruits 3-4 hours before i go to sleep. ? Could i lose weight doing this, and if so, how much? There are websites out there that let you estimate your daily calorie intake and then they also let you estimate how many calories per day that your body uses. you can google the calories websites out there. I know that fruite has very little calories. You might try lowing yourself to about 1000 calories per day and see if you llose weight. You should do well eating better like you mentioned. The best info I could give you is to eat little portions of food throughout the day. For Breakfast eat alot of healthy fruits and cereal/oatmeal. This will make for a balanced yet healthy breakfast. For lunch maybe eat a sandwich on WHEAT bread( maybe turkey/lowfat cheese and mustard).For dinner maybe eat some grilled chicken breast with a nice summer salad. Also try to eat healthy snacks in between meals. For exercise start at 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week just to get used to it. Remember that healthy weight loss is 2-3 pounds per week. If you loss 10 pounds in one week that is not healthy. |
