Can't lose weight!!!!!!? |
I have been on a diet for 4 weeks now. Believe me when I say I have been really really good. I cut out soda, I'm drinking approx 100oz of water per day. I either bike ride for an hour or walk for an hour per day in addition to swimming for 30 minutes per day. I also do strength training 3 times per week. I eat very well- no sugars, salt or junk. Lots of salds and veggies, very light on the carbs nothing fried. Making sure I am consuming less calories than I work out and nothing!!! I am about at the end of my rope because it would seem I should have lost at least a pound or something. I weight 202.5 when I started this 4 weeks ago and I just weighed myself now and I'm still 202.5. I am so frustrated and can't seem to figure it out. I swear I have not had any unhealthy foods . And I am aware that muscle weighs more than fat but come on, I should have lost something. I really haven't lost any inches either. Any ideas? PLease? I am desperate!! Before your deiting were you not gaining weight? So after the deiting you have at least limited the weight gain, you can not expect a drastic loss immediately, it should start in 2-4 more weeks as your body makes changes to accommodate for the lower calories taken in as well as the skin/fat complex. Are you sure it's not water weight contributing to it? you gotta pray everyday and really beleive u will lose weight,u also gotta have good attitude,law of attraction will pay off I heard once that mustard spees up your motabloism and that can help you loose weight. Try eating more fruits and veggies!!!
