It's attached to a very chunky chain and used for securing M/bikes. Lock it, remove the key and it beeps and a little light flashes, then press a button and it's armed. That's how it's supposed to work. But I've only ever managed to get it to work once despite new batteries. I need to get it working properly. Any ideas as to what I can do or where I could take it to get it repaired? It is, of course, sealed and supposibly tamper proof so I can't see much of a way of getting inside it except through the battery box.
