Can working out a week before your period make it lighter? |
I worked out Cardio wise (biking) alot last week and my period came today but its light. And usually the first day its really heavy... I have heard that people who exersise or do a sport freaquently get lighter periodds, but I didn't know that working out a week be fore could make it light!!! If it works for you, do it!! your period will be however it will be =this stuns me too as no matter what i did the darn thing came on the same way all the time |
