Why do some people say 600 sportbikes are girls bikes? |
Most modern sports 600's have over 100bhp and are as light as a feather. In inexperienced hands are dangerous so why do they get mocked? people say 250s are girls bikes. people say sportsters are girls bikes. you know what is a girl bike? a bike a girl owns. Like my wife, and her CBR929RR. ride what you like. The whole thing about being a motorcyclist? distilled to its finest element? is you do what YOU want. Not what other people say. Buy a 600. Paint it hot pink and glue a newspaper to the back. Just smile and enjoy riding. Because everything gets mocked these days. The best motorcycle or car will get mocked by people. Just don't listen and do what you want. because of macho people who ride 750's and up. They think that a smaller engine dispalcemnt is girly. Its funny to see 4 cylinder cars beat V8 motors too. im a 6'1 200lbs male and i plan on getting a 600cc next month as my first bike i don't know.....i think no sport bikes are a girls bikes.....i think they are guys bikes.... Like the first answer said, no matter what the product/idea is, it will get mocked. Bush is a sad example. He is a great president and is friendly and tries his best to get us out of the war, but people don't relize that it takes more than you think just to stop a war, start a war, get soldiers iut of a war, everything. It's life. the macho factor. If you ask any And I mean any real pro rider or instructor they will tell you there is no need for more than 600cc. the liter bikes are for show, they will never be able to use the full potential of the bike unless they take it to a track. |
