Bicycle light battery mystery!?

My room mate purchased a "back trails" bicycle light for his beach cruiser lady magnet. The directions call for "2 R14" batteries. What the hell are R14 batteries and were do we find them? I've kept my eye out for them at the grocery store and Wal-Mart and stuff, but for some reason I haven't come across anything in the R14 catagory. I have a similar light that uses AA batteries. Can anyone help?

I do believe that R14 equals a US C size battery. Call Batteries + if there is one on your area and ask them to make sure.
go to sporting goods or place you got the light.
They are small disc-shaped batteries also known as "watch batteries." Try Target.
I once have the same problem. Depend on your location, try fry electronic, radio shack or even ebay. good luck
R14s are also known as C Size Batteries ( or LR14, MN1400, UM2, HP11

They are large barrel-shaped batteries - see here for illustration>>> http://www.batteriesplus.co.uk/acatalog/...
This is one thing Radio Shack excels at - batteries.

The R-14's are actually pretty easy to find - but your grocery stores generally don't have 'em.
