me and my friend were pulled over buy a "law enforcement officer" and he gave us a ticket for not having lights on our bikes so i looked up Florida's bicycle laws and it say along with you have to have lights wile riding at night that you have to keep at least one hand on the handle bars and you cant carry anyone on the bike only age 4 and down in a seat attached to the bike also you have to have a seat and brakes and if your under 16 you have to wear a helmet so y wasnt i charged for not having brakes and my friend for not wearing a helmet since hes 15? and y are bicycles considered as vehicals? and y are those other rules i said about bicycle laws even laws at all? if i wanna ride seatless or brakeless or even have my friend stand on the pegs to go to the store and i hert myself doing those things then thats my bis
While they are at it, you would think they would outlaw those ballbreaker seats. |
